This year marks Mallory’s seventh year with Express Collections, and throughout those seven years she has continually demonstrated an unwavering commitment to learning, growth, and excellence. Whether she’s helping consumers, supporting fellow team members, or expanding her industry knowledge, Mallory has always approached her work with a level of dedication that inspires those around her.
Today, we are proud to recognize her latest achievement: earning the Trainer Specialist (TS) certification through ACA International.
The Trainer Specialist designation is not easily earned. It requires extensive coursework in training methodology, learning theory, compliance, and industry best practices. With this certification, Mallory is now qualified to provide industry training right here at Express Collections, helping educate and develop future collection professionals while strengthening our own team.
What makes this accomplishment even more remarkable is that this certification completes a milestone few professionals have ever achieved. Mallory now holds all seven ACA International designation certifications available within the collections industry, including certifications in collections management, healthcare collections, compliance, leadership, and training.
While the certifications themselves are impressive, those who know Mallory understand that her pursuit of knowledge has never been about collecting credentials. It’s about becoming better at serving our consumers, supporting coworkers, and contributing to an industry she genuinely cares about.
